For SMB product sellers who sell in more than one place

Sell everywhere.
Manage in one place.

Lakop is a self-onboarding operating system for product businesses. Manage and sell your inventory from one place to your own storefront and to eBay — with ERP, CRM, project management and double-entry books incorporated. One stock pool, one ledger, one interface.

Four fields to sign up. No consultant, no implementation project — setup is meant to take an afternoon.

The sentence we repeat

Operations depth, suite breadth, consumer-grade ease — with the books built in.

Three pillars, one shelf

01

All-in-one inventory & selling

You never open Seller Hub

List, price, stock and sell from inside Lakop to both shopfronts — your own store at yourname.lakop.shop and eBay. A sale anywhere reserves everywhere in seconds, because there is only one shelf.

  • SKU is the primary key on eBay; your price rule and stock buffer are applied at push
  • Oversell is caught, held and resolvable — never silent
  • Photos wherever products appear: catalog, orders, picking, receiving

02

ERP/CRM incorporated

The books write themselves

Orders create customers. Bills create suppliers. Receipts create cost layers. Every operation that changes value posts a balanced journal entry in the same transaction — you cannot work around it.

  • Order → AR, revenue, tax. Dispatch → COGS. Receipt → inventory and GRNI
  • Suppliers, POs, 3-way match, quotes, credit terms and wholesale tiers are native
  • Humans only reconcile payouts and close periods

03

Project management

Client work on the same ledger

Client and internal projects on drag-and-drop Kanban, with time, billing and margin tied to the same books as everything you sell. Keyboard paths for every drag interaction.

  • Fixed-fee and time-and-materials, with burn against budget
  • Milestone invoices drafted from the board
  • Margin measured against real moving-average cost

Eight nouns, and the books ride along for free

The whole workspace is eight merchant nouns. Money is deliberately last, because you should never have to visit it: every operation that moves value has already posted its entry by the time you get there.

Every screen and sub-state is a URL. Back, forward, refresh and pasted links always work — and a link opened by a teammate with a narrower role renders their permitted view, never an error page.

How it behaves when things go wrong

Most software is written for the happy path. The interesting part of an inventory system is the other one.

Records create themselves

Orders create customers, bills create suppliers, listings create products, movements create stock. Typing is the last resort.

Honest states, everywhere

Empty is not zero. Hidden-by-role is not none. Loading never guesses a figure. A failure tells you what did not happen — "nothing was charged, no order created".

Decisions carry their real options

An oversell, a bill variance, a failed publish: each arrives as a card with the actual resolutions attached. A bare alert is a bug.

Your data is yours

Every tenant is isolated at the database layer with row-level security from day one. Exportable as CSV everywhere, and deleted when you leave.

Pricing

Every plan includes the storefront, eBay, CRM, projects and the ledger. The tiers price how many people and how many SKUs you have — not which parts of your business you are allowed to run.

Your name, your email, a password and your business name. We derive the rest and show you where every value came from.
